Business and production: Securing relationships with our current customers and developing new accounts, developing offers and practices highlighting our expertise and know-how, developing our commercial capacity.

Employees: Retention and organization of the progression of our consultants (tutoring, training, involvement in internal work, promotion), launch of a recruitment campaign for young talents interested in challenges.

Life of the firm: Development of the attractiveness of the firm for its employees through the regular organization of workshops, afterworks and seminars.
